You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and can cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). There is no cancellation fee.

How many users come with each plan?

Free, Standard, and Plus plans include 5, 10, and 25 users, respectively. Enterprise accounts allow the flexibility to customize your plan so your entire team can track, budget, and optimize spend easily. Users have their own login, password, preferences, and settings in your Siftery Track account.

Can I invite my outsourced accounting or finance team(s)?

Yes, you can invite anyone to join your workspace, and you can set access permissions at the individual user level.

Are free trials available on paid plans?

A 14 day free trial is available on all paid plans. You can get started by signing up with the free plan and visiting your account settings page to activate the free trial.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational organizations, we do offer a discount when you sign up for an annual plan.

Can I make a payment by invoice?

We’re happy to provide invoicing on our annual and Enterprise plans. Contact us to set up payment by check or bank transfer. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
